- Leading Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)

- Overseeing project management and delivery alignment
- Serving as a technical extension of our sales and advisory teams

Unifying Technical Service Delivery
To further strengthen execution, Jason Bassett is expanding his leadership responsibilities to oversee all technical service delivery functions outside of cybersecurity.

As part of this evolution, Paul Vahamaa will lead our Service Desk function across Technology Architects.
The Service Desk plays a critical role in shaping the day to day client experience. Under Paul’s leadership, the team will continue building on its strong operational foundation with a focus on:

- Enhancing service systems and workflows

- Leveraging AI to improve response and resolution efficiency

To further invest in proactive service delivery, we are excited to welcome Matthew Brock, who will lead our Network Operations Center (NOC).
