1. Use the TA Communicator (System Tray Icon)
The fastest and most effective way to get help is by submitting a ticket through the TA Communicator—the small icon located in your system tray (bottom right corner of your screen). Just right-click the icon and select “Create Ticket” to send your request directly to our support team. This ensures all the right information gets to us so we can jump on it right away.
